The owner came to give a free estimate, explained all of the complicated insurance issues, and consulted with me on all of the materials options to help me make choices on what I wanted. He even got on the roof and put a temporary seal on the leak to protect my home until the job could be started. He kept me well informed in the days leading up to the work. The other two companies gave me very expensive quotes with builder grade shingles with only a 1 year warranty and told me they are 3 to 4 weeks out before they could start on mine.
